Win a £300 hamper from Provence

These terms apply to the Win a £300 Hamper from Provence prize draw promoted through the Le Flambeur UK website.

1. The promoter

Tariette Limited acts as the UK agent and distributor for the Le Flambeur range, manufactured in France by EPHREM FUSION.

EPHREM FUSION is the manufacturer of Le Flambeur and is not responsible for administering or selecting the winner of this UK prize draw.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Tariette Limited or EPHREM FUSION, members of their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the promotion are not eligible to enter.

We may request reasonable proof of age, identity and UK residency before awarding the prize.

3. How to enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter the prize draw, submit a valid email address through the relevant Ephrem UK form and select the option confirming that you wish to enter the prize draw.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Entry into the prize draw and consent to receive marketing communications are separate. Your prize-draw entry will remain valid if you subsequently unsubscribe from marketing emails.

4. Closing date

Entries close at 23:59 UK time on 31 December 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

5. The prize

There is one prize consisting of a hamper of Provençal food, wine and other products sourced from small producers, with a retail value of at least £300.

The hamper contains alcohol and can therefore only be awarded to a person aged 18 or over.

Images of the hamper are illustrative. Individual products may vary according to availability. Where a product is unavailable, we may substitute a comparable product while maintaining the overall nature and value of the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Delivery to one UK address is included.

6. Selecting the winner

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

We will use a computer process capable of producing verifiably random results or otherwise conduct the draw under appropriate independent supervision.

7. Contacting the winner

The winner will normally be contacted by email within seven days of the closing date, using the email address provided when entering. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.

If the selected winner:

• does not respond within 14 days of our first notification;
• cannot demonstrate that they meet the eligibility requirements;
• declines the prize; or
• has entered in breach of these terms,

we reserve the right to select another winner at random.

The prize will normally be dispatched within 30 days of the winner being confirmed.

8. Winner information

To demonstrate that the promotion has resulted in a valid award, we may make available information identifying the winner, normally their surname and county, to anyone who reasonably requests it.

The winner may object to this information being published or ask us to reduce the amount of information made available. We may nevertheless be required to provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

We will not use the winner's photograph, likeness or testimonial for promotional purposes without their separate agreement.

9. Marketing communications

Entering the prize draw does not itself give us permission to send you marketing emails.

If you have separately chosen to receive Ephrem marketing communications, Tariette Limited may send you occasional:

• recipes and cooking inspiration;
• demonstrations and event invitations;
• Le Flambeur product information;
• news from Ephrem; and
• other relevant Le Flambeur content.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in our marketing emails or by contacting thomas.jacquel@four-ephrem.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not remove an otherwise valid entry from the prize draw.

10. Personal information

Personal information collected through the promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

For the purposes of administering the prize draw, we may use your information to:

• record your entry;
• verify eligibility;
• conduct the draw;
• contact the winner;
• arrange delivery of the prize; and
• demonstrate that the promotion was administered fairly.

If you have separately consented to email marketing or advertising cookies, your information may also be used for those purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your cookie settings.

11. Fair administration

We reserve the right to reject entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, incomplete or otherwise submitted in breach of these terms.

We may suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary, provided we act fairly towards participants.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

To the extent permitted by law, Tariette Limited will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received because of technical failures outside its reasonable control.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory rights available to entrants elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
