2. Tariette Limited and EPHREM FUSION
Tariette Limited and EPHREM FUSION are separate companies with different roles.
Tariette Limited manages Le Flambeur activities in the UK, including enquiries, demonstrations, sales, project development, delivery, installation, customer relationships and UK marketing. EPHREM FUSION manufactures Le Flambeur ovens in France and provides manufacturing, engineering and technical expertise.
Where necessary for your enquiry, project or order, Tariette Limited may share relevant information with EPHREM FUSION. This may include information required to:
- manufacture an oven to your chosen specification;

- process an order;
- provide replacement components;
- manage technical support or a warranty claim; or
- otherwise provide the Le Flambeur service you have requested.
Where EPHREM FUSION receives and uses your personal information for purposes that it determines itself, it may act as a separate data controller for that processing.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- records relating to your oven and commissioning;

- technical information about your use of our website, such as device, browser, IP address and website activity, where applicable and permitted by your cookie choices.
4. How we use your information
Enquiries and quotations
We use information you provide to respond to enquiries, understand your requirements, recommend an appropriate oven, discuss installation and prepare quotations. Where you are considering purchasing an oven, this processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Orders, manufacture, delivery and installation
If you purchase an oven, we use your information to administer the order, communicate your specification to EPHREM FUSION, arrange manufacture, organise delivery, plan access and installation, commission the oven, begin the curing process, provide your handover and training, and maintain appropriate records of the installation. This is generally processed because it is necessary to perform our contract with you.
Design and commercial projects
For architectural, design, development and hospitality projects, we may use information you provide to review plans, provide technical documents, coordinate with project teams and specialists and develop a project-specific specification. Where you ask us to do so, this may include communicating with architects, designers, contractors, M&E consultants, flue or extraction specialists and other members of your project team.
Demonstrations and events
We use registration details to arrange appointments, demonstrations, events or live online cooking sessions and to provide information necessary for you to attend.
Customer support and warranty
We may retain relevant information about your oven, specification, installation and commissioning so that we can provide customer service, spare parts, technical assistance and warranty support.
Prize draws
Where you choose to enter a prize draw, we may use your information to record and administer your entry, verify eligibility, select and contact a winner, deliver the prize, and maintain appropriate evidence that the promotion was conducted fairly. Entering a prize draw does not itself constitute consent to receive marketing emails.
Email marketing
If you have actively chosen to receive emails from Ephrem UK, we may send occasional communications about Le Flambeur, recipes and cooking inspiration, demonstrations and events, news and stories from Ephrem, new products or developments, and other relevant Ephrem content.
These emails are sent by or on behalf of Tariette Limited in its role as UK agent and distributor for Le Flambeur. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting thomas.jacquel@four-ephrem.com.
5. Cookies, analytics and remarketing
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the website to function and may be used without your consent where permitted by law.
Other technologies may be used for website analytics, measuring advertising performance, remembering preferences, understanding how visitors interact with the website, and remarketing or personalised advertising.
Where consent is required, these technologies will only be used if you have accepted the relevant category through our cookie controls.
If you accept advertising or remarketing cookies, information about your visit may be used to help us show you relevant Le Flambeur advertising after you leave our website, including through third-party advertising platforms. This may involve sharing identifiers or information about your website activity with the relevant advertising technology provider for the purpose of delivering and measuring those advertisements.
Your cookie choices are separate from your email marketing choices. Accepting advertising cookies does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and subscribing to emails does not automatically mean that you have accepted advertising cookies.
You can review or change your choices at any time using the cookie settings link on the website.
6. Our legal reasons for using your information
Depending on the circumstances, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases:
- Contract — where processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, including quotations, orders, delivery and installation.
- Consent — where you have actively consented, particularly for email marketing and non-essential advertising or remarketing cookies.
- Legitimate interests — where we have a legitimate business reason to process information and that use does not unfairly override your interests, rights or freedoms. This may include responding to business enquiries, providing customer support, maintaining appropriate business records and protecting our website.
- Legal obligation — where we need to retain or use information to comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax or regulatory requirements.
Where processing relies upon consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade customer or prospect information.
EPHREM FUSION
We may share relevant information with EPHREM FUSION in France where necessary for manufacture, specification, technical advice, orders, components, warranty support or other services relating to your Le Flambeur project.
Companies processing information on our behalf
Like most businesses operating a website, we use selected technology and service providers to perform functions on our behalf. These may include providers of website hosting and ecommerce infrastructure, email and CRM systems, payment processing, IT services, website analytics, advertising and remarketing technology, and delivery services.
These companies may process limited personal information to provide their service to us. This does not mean that we provide them with our customer database for their own independent marketing.
Project specialists
Where necessary for a project you have requested, we may share relevant technical or contact information with a specialist involved in areas such as flues, smoke extraction, installation or other technical works. Where possible, we will make it clear when another specialist is becoming involved in your project.
Legal requirements
We may disclose personal information if required by law, regulation, court order or a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to establish or protect our legal rights.
8. We do not sell your data
Neither Tariette Limited nor Ephrem UK sells your personal information. We do not provide customer or prospect lists to unrelated third parties so that they can market their own products or services to you.
The principal external organisation with which we may share customer and project information for Le Flambeur purposes is EPHREM FUSION, the French manufacturer. Other service providers may process information on our behalf only where necessary to operate the website, communicate with you, advertise in accordance with your cookie preferences or provide the services described in this policy.
9. International transfers
EPHREM FUSION is located in France, within the European Economic Area. Some technology providers used by us may process information in other countries.
Where personal information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we will take appropriate steps required by UK data protection law to ensure that the information remains protected, such as relying on UK adequacy regulations or putting in place the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any legitimate legal, contractual, warranty or regulatory requirements. As a general guide:
- enquiry and quotation information may be retained while an enquiry remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards;
- order, installation, commissioning and customer information may be retained for longer where needed to provide warranty and technical support;
- accounting information is retained for the period required by applicable law;
- marketing information is retained while you remain subscribed;
- if you unsubscribe, we may retain a minimal suppression record so that we know not to contact you again for marketing;
- prize-draw information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and demonstrate that it was conducted fairly; and
- cookie and analytics information is retained according to the settings and retention periods of the relevant technologies.
We periodically review the information we hold and delete or anonymise information that is no longer required.
11. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights including the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you;
- request a copy of that information;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of information in certain circumstances;
- ask us to restrict how information is used;
- object to certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
- object to direct marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact thomas.jacquel@four-ephrem.com. We may ask you for information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity before responding, and will normally respond within one month.
12. Marketing preferences
You can unsubscribe from Ephrem UK marketing emails at any time by selecting unsubscribe in any marketing email, or by emailing thomas.jacquel@four-ephrem.com.
We will act on your request and maintain only such information as is necessary to ensure that your preference continues to be respected. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications necessary to deal with an enquiry, order, delivery, installation, demonstration booking or other service you have requested.
13. Cookie preferences
You can withdraw or change your consent to analytics, advertising and remarketing technologies at any time through the cookie settings link on the website. Changing your cookie preferences does not automatically change your email marketing preference, and vice versa.
14. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or misuse. Access to personal information is limited to those who reasonably need it for the purposes described in this policy.
15. Questions, requests and complaints
For any question about information we hold about you, to exercise your data-protection rights or to make a privacy complaint, please contact Thomas Jacquel at thomas.jacquel@four-ephrem.com.
